1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Domkoly Shipping LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Domkoly Shipping LLC provides logistics and freight forwarding services including but not limited to:

  • Air freight, sea freight, and land transport
  • Customs clearance and documentation
  • Warehousing and distribution
  • E-commerce fulfillment
  • Supply chain consulting

3. Shipping Terms

3.1 Booking & Quotations

Quotations provided through our website or sales team are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified. All bookings are subject to space availability and route confirmation.

3.2 Packaging

The shipper is responsible for adequate packaging of goods. Domkoly Shipping is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate or improper packaging.

3.3 Prohibited Items

We reserve the right to refuse shipments containing prohibited, illegal, or undeclared hazardous materials. The shipper is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Liability & Insurance

4.1 Limited Liability

Our liability is limited to the terms of the applicable international conventions (Warsaw Convention for air, Hague-Visby Rules for sea, CMR for road transport). We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive cargo insurance.

4.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, port strikes, or severe weather.

5. Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within the following timeframes:

  • Visible damage: Noted at time of delivery on the delivery receipt
  • Concealed damage: Within 3 days of delivery
  • Complete loss: Within 21 days after expected delivery date

6. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless credit terms have been agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to exercise a lien on goods for unpaid charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Domkoly Shipping LLC and protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

8. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems to access or scrape our website
  • Interfere with the website's security or functionality
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
